Located in northern BC, Canada, Fort Nelson is an ideal spot
for a competitive racing kennel. Situated in the eastern foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, our area receives
moderate snowfalls and comfortable winter temperatures. Usually the snow arrives November 1st and stays well into April.
Our summers are short, but we enjoy nearly 20 hours of daylight during our warmer months, with max temps around 25c.

The puppies are kept well away from the adult dogs, and each litter is kept in their own whelping
pen. At the age of 5-6 weeks puppies are weened from their mothers, and are then moved to larger fenced in areas, where the
will be kept until the age of 4 months, prior or being tied into the dog yard.
